Who I am
I’m an operator and educator. I co-founded Inari Creative Learning in 2016 and Nuuk in 2019. Before that, I led teams and P&Ls at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Ilumno. I hold a doctorate in business administration (DBA) from IE Business School, and I teach business and entrepreneurship at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Aesier Capital LLC, based in Austin, Texas, is the vehicle through which I intend to acquire and lead one company. I’m looking for a long-term home for a business, not a quick sale. Over time, I plan to grow it, including through complementary acquisitions.
The business I’m looking for
Founder-owned and profitable, with loyal customers and a reputation worth protecting.
Roughly USD 2-7M in revenue and USD 0.4-1M in EBITDA; open to smaller or larger when the fit is right.
Recurring or repeat revenue.
Based in the United States. A link to Mexico or Spain is a plus.
Sectors I know best: education and corporate learning, plus adjacent tech-enabled B2B services and specialized professional services.
Room to grow: stronger sales, better systems, new markets.
Not a fit: restaurants and hospitality, retail, logistics, real estate, consumer businesses, and accounting or law firms.
If you’re thinking about what comes next for your business
You built something that works. I’d like to continue it, and I understand that how it happens matters as much as the price.
How it works
1. A confidential conversation.
2. An NDA and a first look at the business.
3. A written proposal.
4. Due diligence and closing, with you in the loop.

Why now
After two decades building and running businesses, I want to own one and lead it for the long term. Many of the best small companies have a founder ready for the next chapter and no obvious successor. I’d like to be that successor.
